Industrial & Consumer

Electrification and heat recovery for industrial facilities.

WEI supports industrial clients with practical decarbonization pathways that use existing systems where possible, recover low-temperature heat and integrate new technologies only where they add value.

1 Industry Challenge

Electrification must work inside the operating plant

Industrial decarbonization usually takes more than swapping boilers for electric equipment. The practical path depends on the plant’s process heat, HVAC loads, hydronic infrastructure, controls, schedule and tolerance for disruption.

2 WEI Approach

Use measured performance to guide the next phase

The Schneider Electric Lincoln project shows WEI’s phased approach: first recover process heat already in the plant, then use monitored performance data to size and integrate the next electrification phase. The same discipline applies across broader industrial and consumer-goods facilities.

ENGINEERED. INSTALLED. VERIFIED.

Decarbonization is a sequence, not a single swap.

WEI develops phased solutions that use real facility data to reduce emissions while maintaining operational continuity.
